Winnipeg Announces Three C3/I3 Rating Promotions

The Winnipeg FIR is pleased to announce that in conjunction with VATCAN and the VATSIM network, the following members have been promoted to the rating of Senior Controller/Instructor, displayed on the network as C3/I3 respectfully:

• Nate Power
• Kolby Dunning
• Justin Martin

These ratings are issued to members who display a high level of commitment to the network, have valuable experience and bring out the best in the Winnipeg FIR and the entire VATSIM network - these ratings are voted on and approved by the division's FIR Chiefs.
