The Winnipeg FIR is pleased to announce the rating upgrade of Tim Lowe to Instructor (I1).

Members of Winnipeg certainly know Tim - a longtime controller, and our Events & Marketing Coordinator, as well as an extremely helpful member of the mentoring team.
