New Instructors Named to Winnipeg Training Team

The Winnipeg FIR is pleased to announce that Ryan Miltenberger and Justin Martin have both succesfully completed VATCAN's Instructing course and have been presented with their Instructor (I1) ratings. They will have the following specialties:

Ryan Miltenberger: Local, Radar, En-Route (all) Justin Martin: Radar, En-Route

Kolby Dunning has decided to step back from his duties as an Instructor, reverting his rating to a C1. He has also joined the Mentor team to continue to assist when able.
