New Instructor & Mentor Appointments

It gives the Winnipeg FIR and myself the pleasure to announce the following changes to the instructing statuses within the FIR:

Dario Marnika has been upgraded to an Instructor - thanks as always to Rob (VATCAN3) for his help facilitating this new rating. James White has been appointed to Mentor status.
