Dylan Oakes Promoted to I1
The Winnipeg FIR is pleased to announce that Dylan Oakes has been promoted to the rating of Instructor (I1).
Dylan has been a very key member to the FIR's mentor team, and holds real-world experience that the Training team is very grateful to have aboard.
